There are two types of conversations you can start: Discussions and Questions. Questions are designed to highlight good answers. Here the order is not chronological, but based on voting. Answers with the most up-votes will be shown first.
In addition, admins can select a reply as the Best Answer.
Example:
I want to distribute flyers in my home city at the subway entrances. People here usually want to learn more about a service before using it, which is why I don't want to send them directly to the marketplace homepage. Do you think I should create a brochure with more information instead of a simple flyer?

There could be a marginal improvement in your conversion rate, but brochures will be much more expensive to print than a simple flyer. In my opinion it is not worth the additional cost.
Instead you could direct them at a custom landing page within the locktrip.com domain.
You will be capturing them through your referral cookie
They will be able to inform themselves through your landing page
You can attach the discount code at the bottom of the landing page
Either way I would suggest to do some A/B testing for both strategies. Maybe the brochures will indeed be the better option? Who knows!

Why not talk to them directly when you are handing them over? If they have any questions, you could answer them on spot.
